Congratulations Adam Lambert on coming in the runner up on American Idol!

Last night was the results show for the finale of American Idol. Adam Lambert, the anticipated winner of this season, lost out to the reported underdog, Kris Allen. But everyone knows 2nd place is where it’s at on Idol. The 2nd place winner is the TRUE winner of American Idol. Think about it. He’s not bound to the Idol contract, he gained a boat load of notoriety and fame from going as far as he did on Idol, and he won’t have to sing that ridiculous song about boundaries for the next year or so. Plus, history has shown the 2nd place winner of Idol still banks millions after the show.

So, for those reasons, I say congratulations Adam Lambert. Can’t wait to see how his career unfolds.
