Queen Latifah and Common’s new film “Just Wright” premiered in NYC last night (May 4th) at the Ziegfeld Theater. The film hits theaters May 14th.

Queen Latifah and Common are just a few weeks away from the debut of their film “Just Wright,” directed by Sanaa Hamri. The romantic-comedy follows Leslie Wright (Queen Latifah), a physical therapist who falls for her NBA player-patient, Scott McKnight (Common), who’s clueless to her interest but is instead taken in by Queen’s best friend, Morgan Alexander (Paula Patton), an aspiring NBA trophy wife.

Just Wright also stars Mehcad Brooks, Phylicia Rashad, and Pam Grier.

The film hits theaters May 14th.
