Mary J. Blige partnered with the popular beauty company Carol’s Daughter and HSN (Home Shopping Network) to release her new fragrance “My Life”.  Mary sold 50,000 bottles in just the first day of sales, which is remarkable considering the fragrance could only be purchased online or on TV (HSN).

You can now add Rihanna and Kanye West to the long list of music artists with their own fragrance line.

Thanks to Jay-Z’s company, Iconic Fragrances LLC, both Rihanna and Kanye will get their own scents. Parlux Fragrances Inc. signed an agreement with Jay’s licensing company to market the scents.
