Mariah Carey performed live at Stripped in NYC, gracing the crowd with material from her new album Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel as well as a couple of her classics.

The lineup included H.A.T.E.U., Always Be My Baby, We Belong Together, Obsessed, and I Want To Know What Love Is.

Last week Eminem released “The Warning,” a diss track that served a lyrical blow to both Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon. Well, Nick has hit back… with the bible. Nick took to his Twitter page to address the insult-riddled track that revealed some pretty intimate details about Eminem’s supposed relationship with Mariah back in 2001. Shut Up!!!

Just when you thought this whole Mariah Carey/Eminem beef was dying down, another retaliation surfaces. This time Eminem is on the attack. Here’s a quick recap: Eminem put a track titled “Bagpipes from Baghdad” dissing Mariah. Hubby Nick came out like he was going to snap Eminem’s neck, but then retreated. Then Mariah released “Obsessed” and created a video seemingly imitating Eminem. Now, Eminem has released a track titled “The Warning” in response to Carey’s “Obsessed” and he is airing all the T! Mariah Carey deviates from her normal sex-kitten image, temporarily, in her new video for her single, “Obsessed.” Carey taps into her masculine side as she dons a hoodie, oversized jeans and even facial hair. The change in attire is meant to copy and make fun of rapper Eminem, who earlier this year put out a diss track aimed at Carey.

The video is expected to premiere July 13.

Beyonce and Idris Elba’s highly-anticipated thriller, “Obsessed”, made a killing at the box office this past weekend. Fans came out in droves to support the movie, which raked in $28.5 million.
