If it wasn’t for that pesky self-diagnosed A.D.D. of mine, I would tune in to Starbury TV more often. It’s like a multi-vehicle wreck on the highway, you just can’t help but to rubberneck and pray it turns out for the best.

Well, here’s the latest coming from the world of Stephon Marbury & Starbury TV. Earlier this week, Marbury was shown on Starbury TV smoking what appeared to be weed while riding as a passenger in his car. TMZ then posted the video to its website speculating the nature of what Marbury was smoking.
