A Long Island man by the name of Pedro Jones was arrested for fatally punching his girlfriend’s 17-month old son, Roy Jones,  in attempt to get the child to “act like a boy.”

Jones, 20, who was not the biological father of the boy, was found to have repeatedly punched the boy in the chest causing the child to go into cardiac arrest and die. Read the rest of this entry »

An HIV-positive gay man from Michigan is set to stand trial for biting his neighbor during a fight and using HIV as a weapon. Daniel Allen from Clinton Township, Michigan admitted to reporters that he is HIV positive and he did bite his neighbor Winfred Fernandis, Jr., but contends it was out of self-defense. Fernandis fought back the tears when Fox 2 news broke the news that his neighbor is HIV positive and denies that he is homophobic.

Fernandis has been put on anti-retro viral drugs since the fight.

Is he at it again? Word on the rumor mill is that Al Reynolds, ex-husband of Star Jones, is planning to get engaged….wait for it…wait for it…waaaaaaaait for it… to a woman.

Yes, Al Reynolds, whose sexuality has been publicly called into question ever since hooking up with the former “The View” co-host, Star Jones. Al and Star were married in November 2004 and subsequently called it quits in March 2008, for reasons undisclosed.

In 2008, he released a statement that he is NOT gay and several videos on Youtube professing he is still in love with Star. Well it’s good to see that he has found love again so soon.

The lucky lady: Miami attorney Nicole Hutchinson. According to the New York Daily News, Reynolds was spotted shopping alone at Tiffany & Co. in the Miami Bal Harbour Mall. According to a source, he was looking for engagment rings and with the assistance of one the Tiffany employees, firmed up the decision.

Reynold’s reps are saying, “Al Reynolds was shopping for a piece of jewelry for a Valentine’s Day gift for his mother -- who lives in Virginia -- and not an engagement ring.”
