More than 300 gay-friendly clergy members from all across the U.S. descended upon Captiol Hill to encourage lawmakers to pass LGBT rights legislation, in a movement called “Clergy Call.” Clergy Call, in its second year, is an event sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign which calls on religious leaders to stand for equality . This year’s clergy represented Christians, Jews, Muslims and Buddhist.
