Well,well, well here we go again with another segment of Style Sizzle or Fizzle. Now it turned out all the ladies featured were caramel complected, hence the title. Moving on to the style,  I usually never pay much attention to the likes of Lala, Mel B, or The Simmons Sister’s style and after this post I will most likely go back to doing the same.  But for some reason these ladies caught my eye; let’s see if they catch yours with their style choices. If you haven’t heard by now, singer/songwriter Faith Evans was arrested August 21^st in the Los Angeles area for a DUI conviction.  Faith was quickly released on bail and posted a statement about the incident to her fans on Twitter.

Hi Faithfuls…I am on the set of my new video for my single “Gone Already”. I’m sure by now most of you heard that I was detained on suspicion of DUI. After completing a full day of wardrobe prep I was stopped at a random checkpoint. I’m fine and well, and thank you for your prayers, kind words and concerns. I can’t wait for you all to see my new video & look forward to hearing from u guys…Fizzy

Later this fall Faith will be releasing her next album “Something About Faith” on October 5^th and will have guest features by Snoop Dogg, Redman, and Kelly Price.

Wanda Sykes and wife Alex Sykes were spotted arriving on the red carpet at the 2010 Creative Arts Emmys at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday (August 21). The Creative Arts Emmys, which are part of the Primetime Emmys, recognizes programs and individual achievement programming. This year HBO led the pack earning 17 total awards, with ABC a close second at 15.

The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards goes live Sunday, August 29th. Sykes’ HBO comedy special “I’ma Be Me” is up for two awards that night.

The latest episode of Drama Queenz, titled “In My Own Little Corner” has hit the net. This time around, the boyz personal lives are thrown for a loop when an unexpected guests drops in. Preston, played by Troy Valjean Rucker, explores something new, Davis, played by Kristen-Alexzander Griffith, has an unusual doctor’s visit and Jeremiah, played by Dane Joseph, must make amends with his past.

Usher was recently in New York for a couple of early morning performances with sons Naviyd (1 y.o.) and Usher Rayond V (2 y.o.) in tow. The father and still R&B leading man was spotted Friday (August 20th) morning at CBS’ Early Show Studio Plaza to perform as part of the Early Summer Concert Series.

Dear Dr. Mo Love,

I am 25 years old, and would consider myself the aggressive stud/butch type if I were to be put into a category. The women I live with is 15 years older than me and has 2 children that are in their late teens and early twenties which poses our first problem but is by no means our main problem. The kids come and go as they please and are always in need of some type of financial support which comes out of our household budget. That poses a problem because of the difficult economic times we are facing right now.
