Who isn’t a fan of Beyonce’s hit single, Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), off her latest album, I Am…Sasha Fierce? It gets you dancing and trying moves that’ll take a trained choreographer to help you master. And if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Right? Maybe that’s why we see the same style of dance in the video for her latest single, Diva. Well those moves didn’t come out of thin air. In fact, the dance moves you see in her video for the song is called J-Setting.
J-Setting is a style of dance that involves one person leading and others following, all to an eight-count beat. This style of dance is popular throughout the gay boy circuits and can be seen at your local gay pride event or you local gay boy dance hall.
Check out some video of J-Setting: Warning!! Don’t try to keep up
