April 28th, 2010Celebrities, Music, Whitney Houston
Whitney Houston apologized to a London crowd at her “Nothing But Love” concert at the O2 Arena Sunday night (April 25). The legendary diva told the crowd, “sometimes the old girl sings, but not tonight,” adding “I want to do it, but she doesn’t want to… She’s getting a little temperamental.” Whitney reportedly stumbled through her classic hit “I Will Always Love You” and failed to complete “Greatest Love of All.”
At one point Whitney asked from the stage for the air-conditioner to be turned off. “I can feel it,” said Whitney, “It takes away my soprano.”
London papers reported a mass walk-out of about 25% people from the sold-out London show.
According to her Australian promoter, Andrew McManus, she won’t stop smoking. “God bless her, but I can’t tell her not to. She’s comfortable with the show she’s performing,” said McManus. “She knows she’s not hitting every note like she used to.”
It hurts me to say this, but with all due respect, Read the rest of this entry »

While performing the track, Symphonies, a male fan rushed the stage and planted one on Cudi. The man was immediately ushered off stage and without skipping a beat, Cudi kept the performance going. February 24th, 2010Celebrities, Entertainment, Music, Videos, Whitney Houston
Disgraceful, disappointed, horrible, dreadful, these aren’t the adjectives typically associated with the legendary Whitney Houston but that was the sentiment echoed by concert goers after witnessing Whitney’s performance down under. Whitney opened her Australian tour in Brisbane last night wherein she performed new material, the classics and even a Michael Jackson tribute.
One guy described it as “the worst concert I’ve ever been to in my life.” One woman said, “She couldn’t sing to save her life. She couldn’t entertain a dead rat to be honest.”
It’s reported Whitney opened the concert with Read the rest of this entry »

January 25th, 2010Celebrities, Entertainment, Music, Television, Videos
Vocal POWERHOUSE, Christina Aguilera delivered one hell of a performance at the Hope For Haiti Now Concert on Friday. The AMAZING performance was that of a new song, “Life Me Up” produced by her long time collaborator Linda Perry and will appear on her forthcoming album Bionic slated for a March 2010 release.
This was one of the best performances I have seen from Christina and it further proves why she is INDEED a musical force to be reckoned with. The vocals were perfect, crisp, honest, and gripping. Having been a huge fan of the Stripped singer since the beginning of her career, Christina has always blew me away with her voice, talent, artistry, music, and everything she stands for. With here album containing a diverse group of producers, song writers, artist collaborations and such, I am sure 2010 will be a huge year for Christina. Any & Everything she achieves is justified by the TRUE TALENT that is Christina Augilera!
OK, enough of my rant!
