Ciara is a constant MISS – in style, music and all else, a FIZZLE. So when I saw this look I was filled with great joy.

Why???? Because she looks effin AMAZING. From the hair, make-up, dress, thigh-high boots and beyond, Ciara is indeed a Fantasy Ride with this look IMO. Whats your take???
