We sat down with multi-talented singer-actress Macy Gray to discuss the new projects in her life. The Grammy Award-winning artist opened up to us on why she named her upcoming album The Sellout, her lead single “Beauty in the World,” which hit stores yesterday (March 30), her view on homosexuality and joining the cast of Tyler Perry’s upcoming film “For Colored Girls.”
Also, don’t miss our outtakes footage, wherein Macy turns the tables on us with the questions, contemplates Lady Gaga v. Beyoncé, discloses whether she’s ever kissed a girl & who’s NOT lighting her fire.
The Sellout is set to release June 22nd.

Go BGG! Macy seems really down to earth and fun. I’ve been a fan of hers since her first album. She’s had some misses since but this song sounds like she’s taking it back to the Macy we all know and love.

I’m curious to see how Tyler Perry is gonna pull off this film too but it appears he’s starting out with a talented line up of actors. Fingers crossed I wish him well. I saw the play so I’m looking forward to the movie

This is the BEST interview I’ve seen in a long time who is the guy talking to her seems like he really got her to open up I love Macy and cant wait till her album drops but i could’nt keep my eyes off the guy doing the interview, is he Gay anyhow Hope to see more of these interviews on BGG it’s a Good look

YOOOOO!!! The guy doing the interview is really GOOD, i know how hard it is to get artist to open up. Is he gonna be doing more I would watch if he does Plus he’s cute;-) I love the song “Beauty In The World” i really hope she does well she seems really coo and down to earth hope to see more interviews like this and more of Trick or what ever his name is
