Beyoncé made Grammy history last night when she won 6 out of 10 awards last night. It’s the first time any female artist one that many awards in one night.
She took home Grammy gold for: Song of the Year for “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), Best R&B Song for “Single Ladies,” Best Traditional R&B Performance for “At Last,” Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for “Halo,” Best Female R&B Performance for “Single Ladies.” and Best Contemporary R&B Album for I Am… Sasha Fierce.

Taylar Nuevelle took the stand on Friday (January 29) in her own defense against the charges of unlawful entry, burglary and stalking of former lover and D.C. Superior Court Magistrate Judge Janet Albert (pictured above, left). Nuevelle (pictured above, right) says she tried to take her own life when judge Albert threatened to make sure Nuevelle would never see her child again. Nuevelle is in an ongoing custody dispute with her ex-husband and according to Nuevelle, Albert threatened to contact her ex-husband.

Boykin is also a New York Times best selling author of three books and serves as the editor-in-chief of The Daily Voice, a news and opinion website geared towards the African- American community.
