SO the budding fashionista apparently, Ciara attended a private Givenchy Cocktail Reception held in her honor on Tuesday. The singer was all decked out in Givenchy of course. While I think the outfit is EXTREMELY fashionable and I love the embellished pants with the subdued blazer and the neck accessory, I would love to know what you all think!

BTW Kanye & Amber Rose also attended…
