Alicia Keys performed several tracks off her new album, “The Element of Freedom,” during a recent installment of AOL Sessions.
She performed “Un-thinkable (I’m Ready),” along with four other tracks off the album, including: “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart,” “Empire State of Mind II,” “Doesn’t Mean Anything,” and “No One,” as well as her classic, “Fallin‘.”

Her album sucked that’s why people aren’t talking about it. All the damn songs sound the same. She needs to let someone else do the writing for a change.

I hate to do it but I kind of have to agree with wiz4ard. I mean, the songs are starting to sound alike. When she first came out there was a “diamond in the rough” sort of quality about her. She provided something we never heard before. Now she’s starting to conform and there’s nothing exciting about her anymore. I just stopped paying attention. I mean she’ll always be a wonderful singer but the material just does not stand out for me anymore…
