ABC & Diane Sawyer did not disappoint Friday night (November 6) during the 20/20 special interview of Rihanna. No honey, this certainly was not a replay of Chris Brown’s Larry King Live Interview. Rihanna appeared sincere, honest and forthcoming about the details of the assault at the hands of then-boyfriend Chris Brown back in February (2009). She also gave viewers and fans a glimpse into the mind and heart of a person in an abusive relationship and the series of emotions and decisions made before getting out.

If I didn’t like Rihanna before, I definitely do now. She has my support. I wish her all the best and that her next relationship is one built on mutual respect, trust and love.
